This highly versatile 44m² space is ideal for use as a versatile social space, as well as for group dining or collaborative breakouts, comfortably seating around 24 delegates.

• Culinary Convenience: Located directly adjacent to our kitchen facility, this is the perfect annex for serving refreshments, setting up working lunches, or providing a dedicated dining area for your guests. Complimentary refreshments (tea, coffee, and water) are included in your hire.

• Adaptable Configuration: The generous 11m x 4m layout can be used as one large room or instantly divided into two smaller spaces using the integral concertina divider.
• Essential Training Tools: While designed for dining, the room is equipped for learning, featuring wipe boards, a flip chart, and a television. The media facilities are portable, allowing for flexible setup in various formats.
• Indoor/Outdoor Flow: Gain direct access to our pleasant outdoor picnic area, providing a natural, relaxing space for coffee breaks and networking. Please note that the direct route to the grassed picnic area involves a downward slope.
