We are looking to recruit a Public Duties Administrator on a part time basis to be based at our Headquarters on Glencrutchery Road. Duties will include liaising with volunteer members to match them with public duty requests received, working closely with volunteer Heads of Operations & Ambulance Services and the Member Training Team, maintaining the public duties spreadsheet and ensuring vehicles and other resources are in place prior to duties. You will need a good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook and be willing to learn to use our bespoke software. This is a customer focused role requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills together with a flexible approach. Some weekend and evening work will be required.
