March Newsletter

Welcome to this months The Pulse Newsletter from St John Ambulance IOM!

March brings the first signs of spring, with the sun beginning to shine and flowers blooming. It’s the perfect time for a yearly spring clean, encouraging us to declutter our spaces to declutter our minds and reduce stress. Additionally, checking the “use by” dates on first aid consumables and replacing expired items is another worthwhile task that could make a life-saving difference.

Does the change in seasons lift your mood, or does it not feel as joyous as it should? Equally, would you feel confident spotting the hidden signs in others who may be struggling, and would you know what to do?

Why not take this month’s free online module on men’s mental health. It shares insights into how mental health affects men and offers strategies for providing support.
